Business Analyst

Overview

Business Analysts support the operations they are aligned with by providing reporting, interpretation and data-based recommendations to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develops reports and analyzes for data accuracy. Analyzes root quality issues and makes recommendations to more senior staff for resolution
• Designs reports analyzing data from one or multiple systems to key specifications of more senior staff and business stakeholders
• Provides analysis on business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
• May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or reporting related type of experience
• Communicative level of English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Analytical thinking
• High level of organization skills and time management
• Basic experience or knowledge with databases and reporting tools (e.g. MS Access, Power BI)
