I started working for Zebra as a first line technical support agent for a team that had just been created to support a brand new product line. I quickly became a technical mentor for the team and as a result got promoted to a second level support role. After being the main point of contact in EMEA for a specific product range for 1.5 years, I wanted to move more into the business side of things and eventually I was promoted to a Business Development role where I drove new opportunities with our Customers & Global Partners. Recently I moved again to a sales role.

My first full-time job was with the Contracts Services team. After about a year, there was a vacancy in the L1 technical support team, so I tried my luck and it worked out. This job was everything I could wish for. After about 2 years I was ready to take it up a notch and move to the next level within tech support. Joining the L2 team a couple of years later was a natural next step for me. It was 3 years ago when I became the Team Leader and later Manager of the L2 team. It was a big change, but I still get the same joy out of it - making a positive impact on lives of people around me.
