Learning and Development
We continually strive to educate our employees at Zebra. We offer technical training, soft skills courses, specialised training and development programs for managers and talented employees. Our employees can attend free language lessons - e.g. Czech for foreigners, German, French, Spanish, Russian, English.
Our employees devote almost 20,000 hours to training every year.
Each year, we strive to obtain various grants from public institutions in order to provide employees with more costy trainings. e.g. PRINCE II, Kepner Tregoe, ITIL or specialised ACCA accounting certifications.
We work in a multi-cultural environment that gives the employees opportunities for learning and development. Zebra offered me the ability to continuously learn, initially with project management, leading me to certification in the Prince II methodology. It further shaped my career path in project management and Lean 6 Sigma enabling me to reach the level of Black Belt in which I am about to be certified. We have inspirational leadership that is customer and employee focused which is supportive of your needs as you grow.

Zebra Sports team
Zebra has its own sports team. We support employees’ sporting activities and sponsor the Zebra football team in Brno. If an employee signs up for a selected sporting event, they get a Zebra sports T-shirt and the company donates an amount equal to the starting fee to charity.
Community Relations activities
Thanks to our Community Relations team Zebra consistently cooperates with non-profit organisations in Brno, including Rezekvítek, Dům Naděje and Domov Tereza. Each employee can spend up to 8 paid hours per year volunteering.
We have the Zebra Baking Team. This popular team was established on the initiative of employees and regularly organises various events to support Community Relations, such as the Movember Baking Sale and Boobies Madness Baking Sale featuring home-made treats. The proceeds are donated to selected organisations.
All employees – coffee lovers – can participate in Help in a Cup project. Each 5 crowns spent on a coffee are donated to charity. More we drink coffee, more we donate to charity.
In one year, we collected almost CZK 200,000 to support social welfare activities.
Every year, we participate in the Employer of the Year competition in the category of Progressive Employer of the Year with up to 500 employees. How have the expert jury and public judged us?
