Finance Teams

160 team members provide support to: EMEA, APAC and America's regions.

The Finance team includes Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Business Intelligence (BI), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), General ledger (GL), Innovation and Automation, International Treasury, Master Data, Payroll, Tax and Internal Audit activities.

What we do

  • Ensure our suppliers are paid on time and the proper amount
  • Provide relevant business insights to the Finance organization globally
  • Take care of the efficient recording and processing of company transactions, planning and providing analytical insights to our internal customers
  • Keep accounting records and ensure Zebra EMEA entities are statutory compliant
  • Ensure the salaries of 7 000 employees are received properly and on time
  • Drive efficient tax planning, reporting, and tax compliance and manage liquidity for EMEA and APAC entities of Zebra

Customer Service Teams

The Customer Service team provides support to international customers in 10 European languages.

The Customer Service team includes 4 departments – Customer Support, Customer Partner Services Organization, Technical Department, and Managed Services for Premier Customers. Our team members are of more than 20 nationalities and have diverse professional backgrounds.

What we do

  • Act as the first point of contact for our customers
  • Manage customers' orders during their whole life cycle
  • Provide additional support on their everyday requests – via email, live chat or phone
  • Answer complex questions related to the repair process of Zebra devices
  • Work with various CRM systems that you will be trained for
  • Provide technical support via 2 teams - 1. the printers, 2. mobile computers and scanners
  • Ensure the customer’s devices are at peak performance in hand with the reduction of unnecessary repairs

Analytics teams

Global team of business analysts

The Analytics team includes Business Analysts Customer & Partner Services Organization, Business Analysts Repair Data, Business Analyst Service Product Management, Global Sales Operations, and Sales Operations teams.

What we do

  • Pull, process, enhance and publish data in fancy dashboards which make it easier for Zebra management to make decisions
  • Analyze data trends and provide business insights to Zebra stakeholders or customers
  • Manage wide reporting portfolio that covers hardware, software and service sales, contracts, repairs and other aspects of Zebra business
  • Contribute to integration of newly acquired companies (such as Matrox, Fetch Robotics, etc.)
  • Deploy new tools, run automation initiatives, centralize data or improve reporting process – all of that to make our work more effective
